The RD Station function allows you to automatically send data collected in your quiz (such as name, email, phone, etc.) to your RD Station account, making it easier to use leads in automations, flows, and marketing campaigns. How to configure
  • Name: Give an internal name to the integration to organize yourself in the Flow.
  • Identifier: Source name that will appear within RD Station, such as “XQuiz”.
  • Public Token (API Key): Paste your public API key here, available in the RD Station integrations panel. It’s what authorizes sending data.
  • Tags: Use keywords to automatically organize leads within RD Station. Separate by comma if you want to add more than one (e.g., xquiz, relationship_quiz, health_interest).
Send Variables
  • Mark the variables you want to send, such as email, name, phone.
Attention! It’s mandatory that there’s a variable with the exact name “email”, or the integration won’t work. Test Integration After filling everything out, you can click “Test Integration” to verify if everything is working correctly. This helps avoid errors before publishing the quiz. When to use?
  • To automatically send captured leads to RD Station.
  • To nurture your automation flows based on interests and behaviors.
  • To organize leads by source, quiz theme, profile type, and much more.
